Ordered 5 cubic yards of clean gravel online. They were very courteous and professional. The delivery person confirmed my delivery and placed the gravel in the best place he possibly could. I will and I would happily do business with Landscape Supply again.

Fraudulent business practices. Will take your money for products they don't have, refuse to issue a refund. EDIT: This response is untrue. I had to call my credit card company to cancel the charge. I can post screenshots of my emails if you want to get crazy. This could have all been avoided if you'd said "I'm sorry, we don't have that in stock right now, can I change it to the regular compost or cancel the order so you can wait until we have it in stock? We should have some [insert expected day here]." Instead, you gave me attitude and hung up on me after a 2 minute phone call in which I was being perfectly cordial and trying to find a solution to the root problem of your website listing an unavailable product.

Website lists products they don't have, customer service is terrible. EDIT: He processed the charge, knowing he won't deliver the product. This is theft and fraud. I ordered and paid for their seeding mix which was listed on their webpage. They did not respond at all that day, and I called the next day to try to schedule delivery. It turns out, they don't have that soil in stock. Instead of helping me by changing the order, the man who answered the phone was rude, told me to cancel it on my credit card and that they hadn't processed the charge. This means they saw it come through, knew they didn't have the soil, and didn't bother to call or email me. The whole time he acted like I was inconveniencing HIM, when in actuality I was trying to give them hundreds of dollars, like I used to do every year. Then he had the nerve to hang up on me, as if I'd done something wrong by ordering soil and following up the next day. I was friendly the whole time. He was acting like a petulant child. I can't dispute the transaction on my credit card since it hasn't processed, so it's just sitting in financial limbo and I have to trust that they won't process it later and try to sneak it by me. These guys are great! Excellent customer service. Was going to purchase some 50/50 mix to top dress my lawn for leveling off some bumps. However, Pat clued me in on a special top dressing mix that they had available that was a mix of sand, manure and compost. This stuff was SUPER easy to spread and now my lawn is as flat as a golf green. The mix itself was incredibly high quality. Very very few rocks, sticks etc. I am blown away by how little junk was in the mix. Delivery was a little expensive but Im at the far end of their delivery range so it was expected. Either way, for the quality of the product and the service, it was well worth it. Thanks again to Pat and the Landscape supply team for the great service!

I ordered top soil twice. Very pleasant people! Good prices. Good quality soil. I also ordered 50 sod pieces. They delivered it. I did everything myself. Good sod. Definitely recommend them!
